First, find out if there is a DeMolay chapter near where you live by referencing the chart below.

 Second, Obtain information about DeMolay from the "DeMolay History 101" page or "What can DeMolay do for you" page to see if DeMolay is right for you.

Third, Obtain a membership application from  "DeMolay Ritual links and Forms" page under the name Membership Pamphlet.

Fourth, contact the NY DeMolay office in Utica, NY at: 1-888-4DEMOLAY to receive the contact information for the chapter you are interested in joining.

Fifth, try to attend a chapter function to get to know the other DeMolay's of that chapter.

Lastly, submit your Form 9 to one of the chapter members, so that it can be brought before all of the members so that they can vote on your acceptance into the order of DeMolay.
