Freemasonry has only three degrees, and all others are merely additions to things already learned in the 1st three degrees

The 1st three degrees in Freemasonry are: 1st - The Entered Apprentice, 2nd Fellow Craft, and 3rd Master Mason
Each Jurisdiction has its own Grand Master, who in charge of the Blue Lodge or the Lodges which are allowed only to perform the 1st three degrees.
Masonry is has Two concordant bodies: The York - Rite & The Scottish - Rite, and each have their own set of degrees which build on those of the 1st three degrees.
The York - Rite includes: The Royal - Arch, The Cryptic Masons, and The Chivalric Orders.

The Scottish - Rite include 32 degrees culminating in the Honorary 33rd degree for service to Freemasonry above and beyond the normal duties of Freemasonry.
Scottish - Rite is divided into The Northern Jurisdiction  and The Southern Jurisdiction.

Masonry also includes Social groups such as: The Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Ancient Egyptian order of the SCIOTS, High Twelve, National Sojourners, and The Grotto.
Masonry also has Women's orders which include: The Order of the Eastern Star, Order of the Amaranth, White Shrine of Jerusalem, Daughters of the Nile, and The Social order of the Beauceant (Templars).
The Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine or the Shriner's as they are known commonly is a part of Masonry which assists in philanthropic acts such as, building hospitals and burn centers for children and where medical care is provided for free.

Masonry also has Youth Groups which include: DeMolay (Boys), Rainbow (Girls), and Job's Daughters (Girls).
