The Legion of Honor  The Past - Master Councilor's Meritorious Service Award
   
 "The International Supreme Council (ISC) may confer this honor on a Mason over 30 years of age who has performed unusual and meritorious service on behalf of DeMolay or who has evidenced a spirit of cooperation and appreciation for the Order of DeMolay." "One of the most prestigious awards in all of DeMolay, the Past Master Councilor's Meritorious Service Award, was designed by our Founder, "Dad" Frank S. Land." 
 The York-Rite DeMolay Award The Advisors Honor Key 
   
This award is given to a DeMolay who is an positive example and mentor to his peers. This determination is made by the Executive Officer, but is overseen by The New York Grand Chapter Masonic Youth Committee.   An award given to a chapter advisor or another member of the Advisory Council for assisting in the growth of their particular chapter.  
The Dedicated Service Award   The Blue Honor Key 
   
"Established by The International Supreme Council in 1959 the DSA was established to recognize one DeMolay in each jurisdiction for his service "to his home, school, church, chapter, community, and country."  "The Blue Honor Key is awarded to an active or senior DeMolay for being the first line signer for 10 new members initiated by the chapter." 
Founder's Membership Award   The Zerubbable Key
   
"This award is granted to a DeMolay who is the first line signer on his first five membership petitions."  This award is presented to the individual who is chiefly responsible for reorganizing or reinstating a formally forfeited Chapter. 
The Degree of Chevalier  The Representative DeMolay Award 
   
The Degree of Chevalier is the highest honor an active DeMolay can receive. The Degree is a citation for outstanding and marked DeMolay activity and labor.    "The Representative DeMolay award is the highest "self - achievement" award and Active or Senior DeMolay may attain. " The completion of a self-assessment form is necessary, which allows the individual to set out his goals, find strong points, and weak points at this point in his life."
